On 19 Aug 16, I purchased tickets to Kooza in Sydney for 15 OCt 16. I checked my bank account on 22 Aug 16 and confirmed that the money has been taken; however I have not received the confirmation email or the e-tickets. I emailed contact@cirquedusoleil.com on 22 Aug 16, but have not received a reply. I have also tried calling +1 514-722-3692 a number of times, but it seems to go through to a fax. Please contact me asap.

KINDLY TREAT THIS URGENT AND PROCESS REFUND:
I just bought three tickets for Fukuoka Japan show in Feb 2017. Firstly, I was trying to get booking for Feb11 Afternoon, but the system showed no consecutive seats are available so i proceeded to book Feb 12 noon show. However to my surprise both time the system booked it. I have two order numbers
Feb 11: order number : EY4E0491997183 Ticket number is 650323708 Tickets:3
Feb 12: order number is EY4E0491009465 Ticket number is 359931004 Tickets:3
Kindly cancel the Feb 11 Booking process the credit as i never wanted to book two times. Regards
