I am a 71 yr old Vietnam veteran. Myself and two other elderly people visit Sirloin Stockade in Taylor TX. We go there quite often and enjoy the food emensly. However, our last visit, a week ago, was total disaster. I Wasn't there ten minutes when the manager, Leo, came to me in front of everyone, accusing me of writing, "viva Trump" on the men's restroom wall above a urinal. I tried to explain to him that this was totally ridiculous. Just because I was in the restroom, does not mean that I wrote anything; and besides, what was I suppose to have written anything with ?
Leo was in it the restroom at the same time I was and at first, said he heard someone writing, then started saying, in front of everyone, that he saw me. I told him that was a lie, but he kept following me around, yelling at me in front of everyone and accusing me. I told him three times to get away from me, but he wouldn't. I finally got up in his face and demanded that he best shut up and walk away from me now. We kept eye contact for a couple of seconds then he turned and walk away. I got our money back, went outside and called the police. I wanted it on report. I have contacted a lawyer and the Texas Association For Vietnam Veterans. They will help me if I push the issue; I have a couple of options. I wanted to try this approach first. I was totally embarrassed and humiliated in public, in front of about 20 other people. I am planning to file a civil law suite for punitive damages unless we can settle. Only an apology is required at this point and a reprimand for Leo. That's all.
