What is BBDC Contact?
BBDC stands for Bukit Batok Driving Centre Limited that gives training to the people with highest quality service in road safety education. This association provides the knowledge to the people how to safe Ride On road and encourage people to wear the safety gears while riding that helps to prevent maximum injury. BBDC was founded on 15th of April 1988 and was opened on 6th of April 1990. Professor Jayakumar was the person who opened this centre. The registration number of the company is 19881155R. The main objective of BBDC is to promote the road safety by riding or driving rules.
Courses under BBDC
The centre provides the courses how to learn and make a safe driving. These are, Theory Course, Manual and Auto Driving Licence Course, Motorcycle Riding Licence Course, Refresher Course, Bus Driver Vocational Licence Course, Taxi Driver Refresher Course, Dips Re-Training Course. People could have the driving licence after passing the Basic Theory Test and this is required for the citizens, permanent residents as well as for the foreigners who are living in Singapore about 12 months.
Safety Rules and Programs
BBDC organized BBDC Ride Safe 2011 on 8th of October with the help of Singapore Road Safety council and Traffic Police with the participation of 300 riders. The 13th Safety Japan Instructors competition 2012 was held in Japan on 13th to 14th of September 2012. To make the people aware about the rule of safe riding the Singapore Social contribution is also there that helps to give knowledge to children from their childhood in schools in the way of poems, stories and games, quizzes and exhibitions.
