Whilst on a holiday in Estepona Spain my husband purchased a bag for my birthday on 17th July in a shop called Katty Glamour for 76 euros. We returned to the Uk so I decided to use my new bag and after the third day I was out in London and the strap just fell off. I was very disappointed as I expected the quality of the bag to be better.
