MA452518 Hi there I wanted to send you a mail to understand the benefits of being Global Services under your new structure. My current observations of be fits being taken away: 1. No more global/first lounges or access to a first class lounge 2. No more priority check in, actually it's easier to board in economy most times as everyone boards through priority. No they do not only help 1k as the counter indicates it a mix I do this allot 3. No more first class in flights which if the new business class is as sold - not sure whenever we will see this, but you changed everything already it will be OK 4. No more upgrades internationally to first as you won't have first class 5. No more transfer flight to flight on short connections as Inhad many lately and no global services in sight. So honestly when it comes to flying I do not see any benefits other than me spending all of my money flying with you I will for sure be moving over a split of my funds to one world where the benefits are very clear and works when you travel. I am not interested ina ok the non flying benefits you have as I fly allot and that's why I valued Global services before. I am sure I am not the only one writing to you lately. Thanks for a good experienc before I enjoyed every time I flew United as a global services customer - now you downgraded me to 1k very clearly I am sure one world will consider a status swap to benefit me in my travels Regards.
