I purchased a support warp, and after wearing it a few times, didn't help my back. I returned to the store and was helped by a different person, and she said you do not have a lumbar sacral support, you have an abdominal support. This is the delima: After wearing and washing the wrong item sold to me. I noticed the receipt stamped 'Final Sale'. I returned to the store, and was told too bad you were sold a wrong support item. Its marked Final Sale, and you've worn and washed it. Defended myself by saying the only way I could've known it was the wrong one, was when I was told by another associate of Health Services. I walked out, without a "I'm sorry, but no refund". Not even a peace offering of we will initiate a credit and when you return, will take it off your next sale. I had intended in purchasing another Lumbar Support. I have been a loyal member of shoppers drug mart. I buy all my cosmetics, some groceries, paper products, drinks, ice cream and perscriptions for the last 30+ years. I'm so disappointed in how I was treated this is your formal notice, I will be destroying my points card, and the only time I will step into Shoppers again would be to pick up a prescription. I am a Sales Associate of Pier one, Burlington, Ontario. If I treated a paying customer like I was today. I would be disciplined. Funny enough, this is my first request for Shoppers refund.
