Good day Mr. Kirby. This is in reference to trip locator CZYDHT that was last used on July 16th. My return flight on American from BGI To CLT went smoothly until we landed in Charlotte. WE had to sit on the tarmac for over an hour which caused us to miss our flight to PHL. The only thing that was offered to us was a rebook some twenty hrs later. I spoke with The customer service manager Pam at C harlotte asking for a hotel room and was told that was not the airline policy. T am very disappointed with American for the inconvenience it caused me including a extra night at a hotel. I am asking for50000 miles to be deposited in my account (333URJ6) Thanking you in advance.
