What is PPA?
PPA stands for the Philadelphia Parking Authority, is a government agency that engaged in the parking business. The agency is operated by Philadelphia City Council to generate revenue. It is dedicated to offer comfortable parking service to the residents, businesses and visitors of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania city. The agency was formed by the city council in the year 1950 and was authorized from the state government. PPA is based on a television show, 'Parking Wars'.
