What is Miles and More Contact?
Miles and More is traveler loyalty program of Europe. It was founded in the year 1993. The program was started by Lufthansa (LH). The headquarters of the program is situated in Neu-Isenburg, Germany. It is considered as the Europe's one of the largest loyalty program.
The passengers of the Star Alliance are offered rewards by Miles and More. The total count of members of the program as of 2014 is approximately 25 million. There are several destination countries which comes in the portfolio of the company such as Egypt, Germany, Serbia, Austria, Malta, Belgium, India, Poland, Kazakhstan, Croatia, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Slovenia. There are about 13 airlines, which are the full members of the program as of 2014.
Moreover the program is free of any cost. It was in the year 1997 that the Air Canada, Thai Airways International, United Airline, Scandinavian Airlines and Lufthansa founded the Star Alliance. In the year 2000, Miles and More was joined by The Austrian Airlines Group and later in the year 2003, Lot Polish Airline also became the partner. In 2006, the Swiss TravelClub which was a frequent flayer program of the Swiss International Air Line was changed into Miles & More after it was overtook by Lufthansa. On October 25, 2009, Brussels Airline also joined the Miles and More.

I am trying to have miles accredited retroactively (on your website "apply for a retroactive mileage credit", but the system rejects my claim as they request the boarding pass. I have the boarding pass and ticket reservation, but there is no way to upload/attach them in the application. Can you please provide me with the necessary assistance? On the miles and more website, it is impossible to find an email address under "contact us".
