I like to use your gas facility at 8820 West 103rd Street Jacksonville Florida 32210. Over the last three times I was there I found that the outside ATM payment for gas was not working. The operator at the time could not give me a satisfactory reason. So can you tell me why this is happening? If it is the decision of corporate not to have this convenience anymore then I would like (as would the others) for corporate to advise the store manager and employees with an educated explanation. Also if you are discouraging customers not to use their ATM or Credit card then please have corporate install new pumps WITHOUT the options of ATM and CREDIT card use. Thank you for your time.
