I was a your store in St-Catharines, and was quite disappointed in the service it took me 15 minutes to find a sales associate (after walking for ten minutes myself 25 mins) he directed me to the appropriate spot 1/2 skid of manure covered by mountains of other goods. Then I walked over to the building materials department to walk around for another 15 minutes without finding a sales associate at all. I was looking for an aluminum ramp for an outdoor stair case. I wanted to complain to the customer service department, but there were about eight people ahead of me. I can not believe the poor service at your store Sorry, but you lost me.
