Dear Digi, My subscription number is 0168674603. Since last month onward my phone bill have been charged extra rm8 for so called Digi news subscription. This month till now another rm9 for the same thing. I wonder what is this so called service. I have not making any request to subscribe anything. Why am i been charged on something i did not request or i even do not know what it is all about. Please erase those items from my bill or else it is high time that i should consider shifting to other service. As i check back all other bills. I have been charged extra 10-20 ringgit each month for something i did not request. Can Digi rectify that so that I would not go into the samme problem again. I just felt i have been cheated in certain way. Bear in mind i am 58 year old now and i do not know much about phone. Instead of paying something i did not use. Please help me. TQ.

Selalu call Digi helpline, langsung xda respon, dsuruh tunggu selama 3minit sementara menunggu dsambungkn ke costumer servis. Sampailah ke 20minit mnunggu tetap xda jawapan. Rasa2 tahun ni Servis kurang memuaskan. Masalah sampai skrang tetap juga sama. Boleh Kira lebih banyak Kali call tpi xda response. Sungguh mengecewakan Servis Digi Semarang ni.
