Was extremely disappointed attending the game last Friday night against the Cleveland Indians. Tkts purchased in advance for $69. 60 on June 15th, 2016 for (2) tkts. Price included vouchers for (2) adult beverages. Seats were in Section 217 row nine seats 11 and 12 (It was floppy hat night and we arrived one hour prior to the game and still missed out on the promo I went to get the (2) beers after the Tigers batted in the 4th inning with the (2) vouchers for beer. Went to the vendor behind section 217, stood in line only to find out they would not honor the vouchers directed me downstairs and to the end. In the process I asked at least two Tiger stadium employees where the place was that I could get the beers and they had no idea That is rediculous Next finally. Someone told me I had to go to the Jungle Bar. I waited in line a long time. The person behind the bar was stressed trying to let the folks know that she would be the one that would be determining "who is next" seemed very intense. I waited and eventually received my two beers, but int was a long way from the section where my seats were and I missed nearly an entire inning in the process. This is definitely a major inconvenience for the folks sitting in section 216-219 wondering why I could not have gone to the vendor right behind Sec. 217 that was selling the same exact beer. That I stood in line for thinking this was going to be easy. When I got to the bar there were a number of folks that were inebriated and I thought there was going to be a fight that would break out at any minute (THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE especially for those that may have challenges with stairs (the gal that I brought) Just want you to know that I will not be soon back to Comerica Park because of this experience.
