Dear Madames, dear Sirs,
let mi have recourse to you with an unusual question. I bought a watch at your firm approximately 30 years ago that runs absolutely perfektly till nowadays. Howewer a followingproblem will arise in a short time - a calendar in the watch is set "only" from the year 1980 till the year 2019 that means the calender will stop to show a correct date. In wiew of the fact that I have emotional relation to my watch an I would like to have at fully functionalitat I have recourse to you with the question if it is possible to solve this problem in any way. At the sametime let me tell you that the quality of your product is really exceptional and I myself and my friends have not had any experience with the lifetime period at the functionality of any other similar product.
