What is Celcom Malaysia Contact?
Celcom is the Mobile telecommunication company that provides telecommunication services to the residential customers, commercial customers, business consumers, corporate dealers of Malaysia. The company is the fully owned subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad.
The company provides the products of 2G, 3G and satellite mobile network. The services offered by the company include General Packet Radio Service (GPRS), Enhanced Data Rates for GSM Evolution (EDGE), Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM), Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (W-CDMA), Evolved High-Speed Packet Access (HSPA), 4G Long-Term Evolution (LTE) services and many more. The services offered are of different frequency spectrum such as 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2100 MHz and 2600 MHz.
The mobile broadband services are provided through Celcom Broadband and the broadband network constitutes approximately 70% of the total area in Malaysia. It was named as the Frost and Sullivan’s Mobile Broadband Provider.
Celcom introduced the SMS-based social networking service with the name of Kolony, that helps youth connect with their families and friends through their mobile phones. The rural communications services are also offered by the company with the help of CDMA Technology and Satellite Phone. The devices that support the 2G/3G/4G services include i-Phone, Blackberry, Android, Windows, i-Pad, tablets and many other devices. The customers can have access to on-line prepaid, postpaid and roaming services.
The company earned the total Revenue of RM8.02 billion as per the records of 2013. Celcom was founded in 1988 and it has its headquarters located at 82 Jalan Raja Muda Abdul Aziz, 53100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
