I do really hoped someone who can read this message can help me please. My english its not 100%, but do want to express my concern because I did try to get a positive response from my water Co because on June of this year 2017 I did revived a very high bill that never have in the past years before so I did call my local office a lady name Mrs Nancy Doudell took my call then she told me that she will email me a from to apply for a Courtesy Adjustment Form then she did I fill out the form right way then I took and drop it my self at their office with all my explanation why I did think they should take under consideration my application, the form went back to Mr Alauddin Mussa my understanding was it will
take around 4-6 weeks to process the application I did wait I did not get any response then I continue getting my bill every month so I did decided to call them and find out the status of the application I call in today September six, 2017 and Mr Aluddin told my my application was denied because the statement I give to them was that I wrote that the technician should take the time and read the meter more carefully and do not over charge when when was not necessary. Mr Aluddin told they can not not help me except they can break my bill into monthly payments that I did to agree to something like that because I do not have any other choice. Please, Please do not disregard this email I'm a single mom I do work all day my son goes to school we not here all day we donut have any bathtub I do only two laundries per weeks one white and one darks colors we live pay check by pay check. Please help me with my case. I also can give more information if you need it and thank you for taking the time to read my e-mail. I do strong believe on conserve water we do not waste it at all.
