My husband loved your Kyle II boots, but they were discontinued. Now there is Kyle III which we have purchased thru walmart stores here in Fort Wayne IN. We bought several pairs, (as my husband really liked the Kyle II and was really happy when we found the Kyle III). Heres the problems. He has now gone thru five pairs as the leather has torn where the laces start on every pair, after wearing them for only 2-3 times. I would be more than happy to provide pictures. When I dial the customer service number, it says foot locker. I am confused as to who to contact about my complaint.

Am not satisfied with yals boots after two months my bottom wear out yal need to make them better am never buying these again i go through three pairs in a yr tats bad.

I tried ti contact your company through the contact information on the wedsite phone number 2127203700 and got and there was nothing in the automated choices for me to chose, you had to know a extention number or a name and i had to guess to try and get through to somebody, very bad answering service. I have a problem with your boots call me because i do not like communicating by email my number is 219 393 8052

Im not satisfied with your boot ive been buying them for over 20 years, but the last too pairs ive bought did not last, but maybe three months that's unacceptable since in the past they'd last for about a year to year in a half what ever your doing different to save money you may want to go back to the way you used to make them, i am buying a different brand now. Bill.
