Hello, i am a very disgusted customer, i bought a pair of monitors via Guitar Center and they unfortunately use your company for shipment, where i find it very difficult to get in touchw ith, i coudlnt even call, and all reviews i find are negative in the internet. I have to tell when i bought the product it said shipment if DHL, six to ten days from the day of purchase or after the purchase pass through. I got an email from guitar center where it says it might take 16 days
I have to say this would set me up very behind with my plans and that it is $ costly, so if you do not reach my purchase in the time you said i will do all in my hands and time to make justice for it, so please address properly or make sure you reimburse my money back, specially when you are charging almost HALF of the price to send my package.
