Customer No. 8974, Devi Gas, Jajpur Road. I had booked one refill cylinder on 17th. Nov. 2016, but till date I have not received the same. When I contacted regarding above mentioned matter no satisfactory answer received from the distributor. Then I contacted customer care and lodge a complaint regarding the same, reference No. 1638097. But after someday I received a message that my complaint had been resolved. I was ver much surprised to know that that without resolving problem you people are misleading us. Then again I contacted customer care and lodge one more complaint regarding this, reference No. 1643492 and the same day evening again i received a message that my complaint has been resolved. But I am still waiting for my refill cylinder. So I request you kindly look into the above mentioned matter, go through the respective reference number And let me why you people are misleading us in spite of resolving the problem.
