Bavarian Auto managed to turn me into an extremely dissatisfied Customer through selling me a defective Product and repeatedly failing to fix it. On 8/1/2014, I sent the Vehicle to your Service Station to fix an engine power problem highlighted by “Drivetrain” warning message. The Service Station failed to fix the problem as the car was sent back to the service station with the same problem/message several times including the dates of 16/4/2015 and 16/11/2015. All the repairs done failed to solve the issue despite charging me every time for spare parts and Labor costs during the guarantee period
On 31/10/2016, The Vehicle was sent to fix the same problem, but Service Station changed the Water Pump instead and charged me for it
On Jan, 2016, Vehicle was sent to fix the same problem and they informed me after a week that the car was fixed with a cost of LE 10, 000
I believe that these repairs were based on “Trial and Error” and have failed to correct the problem due to defective Vehicle, wrong diagnosis, poor labor and/or defective parts. Therefore, I cannot continue paying such high charges for a repeated problem that started during the Guarantee period and the company failed to fix it since then. Cell: 01001052992.
