What is Astro Malaysia?
Astro is the broadcast satellite industry established in AABC (All Asia BroadCast Centre), Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, etc. Astro company was initiated in 1st June, 1996. Astro provides their services in Brunei and Malaysia. Astro offers various items like Internet TV, Satellite Broad Casting and so on. Astro is sub Branch of Astro Malaysia Berhad. Astro offers their services about four million users. In the year 2009, Astro produces the High Definition (HD)broadcast satellite facility in Malaysia.
Astro Malaysia is the enormous entertaining industry in Malaysia providing satellite Television, Digital media, Radio and much more items. With the help of Direct To Home (DTH) facility Astro Provides 172 television channels and 40 High Definition channels. Astro also offers various other facilities like IPTV, 3D animation, PVR, etc. DTH means Direct To Home satellite facility is the first broadcast satellite through which the user can watch different program mes like Entertainment, News, Sports, and so on. DTH provides Twenty Two television program mes and 30 Radio program mes and near about 12.6 million users listen the radio program mes in a weak.
From 2010 to 2014 Astro achieves the Gold Award and in the year 2012, announces as Brand Of The Year, In 2013 Brand Icon. Astro wins the Silver Stevie Award for Kasih hostel and village of Eko in year 2014. These achievement gained by astro motivates the Astro service provider to provide best and better offers and items.

Saya nak buat sedikit aduan. Astro saya dipotong selama one bulan dan pada 02/07/2016 saya dah buat pembayaran bil berjumlah rm320. 00, tapi siaran astro banyak yang saya tak boleh nikmati. Pvr saya pun dah boleh direkod lagi, kenapa ye? Saya call pihak astro untuk mengadukan perkara ini namun panggilan saya tidak disambungkan. Saya harap pihak astro segera telefon saya untuk memberi penjelasan tentang masalah yang saya alami sekarang.

Saya pengguna astro njoi. No kad astro adalah 0150 2219 4193. Pada bulan two tahun 2016, saya telah pindah ke rumah baru. Ketika itu, terdapat beberapa channel astro tk berfungsi. Saya telah buat panggilan di talian helpline. Orang yang jawab telefon telah ajar sya untuk setting di TV. Walau bagaimanapun, masalah ini tidak dapat diselesaikan. Sehingga saya off astro dan tengok channel biasa sahaja. Semalam saya on semula astro njoi saya. Jadi lagi teruk apabila langsung tak boleh ON. Asyik kata servis unavailable sahaja. Tadi dalam jam one lebih sekali lagi saya kol customer servis. Maklum masalah astro kat rumah saya. Staf yang jawab call minta sya call semula sekiranya sudah di rumah dan depan TV (astro). Saya minta hantar staf yang boleh selesaikan masalah ini ke rumah saya untuk selesaikan masalah ini. Kalau asyik by call sahaja. Sampai bila masalah astro saya nak diselesaikan.
