What is Asch Building?
ASCH building is also known as Brown Building. It is a famous ten storey building in the New York University, which is located in Washington Place, adjacent to Greene Street and Washington Square East in Greenwich Village, New York City. It was designed by John Woolley between 1900-01, and it is built in neo-Renaissance style. The building houses factory, library, classrooms, Silver center, etc. The top three floors belongs to Triangle shirt waist factory. ASCH building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
