To Whom It May Concern Good day This is to report your staff from Robinson Forum Mr. Orlando. Today around 2pm me and my colleuge went to your counter to buy a perfume. Mr. Orlando have a very bad customer service. I asked him if you have a scent of lanvin or eclat and he replied to me very sarcasticly what we have are all wriitten on the catalogue. And I checked the catalogue and choose the aventus, but when i mention the name of my second choice perfume he said what is the number of that perfume i just said you look for it on the catalogue, but he took like 2mins searching for that perfume. It’s seem he is not familiar on the name of the perfume on what you have. It’s verry disgrace from your company with a poor product knowlege. Because instead of trying his best to look for the perfume he asked me to search that on the brochure and gave the number. And my collegue heard that your staff was murmuring against to me. We decided not to buy a perfume in your shop because with a very poor custumer service and bad experience from your staff. I’m asking for a disciplinary action to your staff.
