What is Passport?

Passport is a travel document used to visit outside the country. In India, the passport is issued by the Government of India. The passport is served as identity proof of Indian citizens during their international travel. The central passport organization is functions as Consular passport and Visa Division in India, and division comes under the Ministry of External Affairs. Indian Passports is offered to citizen who is holding at least a matriculation certificate. Indian passports are deep blue covered document in which Emblem of India is printed in golden color. The standard passport contains 36 pages which changes from passport to passport, and as per passport's validity and cost.
