History
It established its first cinema in 1928 in Brierley Hill in the West Midlands by Oscar Deutsch and it was formerly named as Picture House. It started to use Odeon brand name in the year 1930 at Perry Barr, West Midlands. The Terra Firma Capital Partners took possession over the company in 2004 and it introduced Odeon & UCI Cinemas Group with the collaboration of Odeon with UCI Cinemas.
