Last 13 july 2017 i asked DR. Suresh Menon regarding blood test for my uric acid, nurses intruction to wait there call and after two days. Today 16 July since nobody calling as per there instruction i called and the nurse ask me to wait for five mins. And they call back on me, waited until one hour no one call me so i desided to call them back again and the nurse told me to call back again for five minutes because the doctor is busy so i start questioning the nurse and she ask me to wait for one hour to them to call back to me. This is the situation as a patient/costumer patronage that hospital, for me they ignore my rigths, respect, value as a person it is very disgrace the way they behave on the that to me. I deserve a high value of treatment the way i look at them, but i was wrong they show me there unprofessional act that hospital may go down the credibility. I hope that this comment serves to improve the professional act to all employee on this hospital same as high value on there costumers.7/16/2017 1:21:09 AM
