Koodo Mobile is the Mobile phone services provider and is the subsidiary of Telus. In the same year, Koodo introduced HSPA+ based Nokia 3710 followed by the launching of many other HSPA+ smartphones in 2011 including Nexus, BlackBerry Curve, iPhone 4 etc. It launched its “City Koodo” paln in March, 2011 after withdrawing their existing plans. Its plans were upgraded in 2012 with the adding of certain features like caller ID and voice mail. It introduced Nokia Lumia 610, a Windows Phone to its smartphone lineup in July 2012. Koodo started offering unlimited plans and packages in the same year.
Koodo Mobile is the winner of several awards and accolades. It was selected in “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Postpaid Wireless Service” list by J. D. Power and Associates in 2008. Its several plans and packages inspired other Telecom brands to introduce similar services.
