What is Iasb?
IASB is a short Form of The International Accounting Standards Board. It is the independent, accounting standard-setting body of the IFRS Foundation. It was established on April 1, 2001 as the heir to the International Bookkeeping Requirements Panel. IASC is responsible for developing Globally Financial Verifying Specifications, and promotion the use and system of these standards. On Feb 6, 2001, the International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation was also integrated as a tax-exempt organization in Delaware.The IFRS Base is an separate company having two primary systems, the Trustees and the IASB, as well as a IFRS Advisory Authorities and the IFRS Interpretations Committee.
