Good am. I was calling the landline number posted in this page and the lady who answered said it is not globe davao office. Anyway, I have been sending message to GLOBE CUSTOMER CARE messenger page and never got a reply. I hope I get one now. My globe phone is rendered unusable for more than a month now. I cannot receive messages or phone calls and likewise cannot receive any. What happened was that sometime in April I was typing a message and a notification popped up if I want to set some security settings to my phone which I confirmed. I was given instructions and I think I made some error in the process which caused the lock up of my phone. A phone dialer appeared on the screen and I am asked to ENTER THE PUK CODE. Since I am not familiar with this kind of problem, at first I thought it has something to do iwht my mobile unit. My nephew said its with the SIM so that was when I sent a message to GLOBE. I went to SM Davao last week, but unfortunately, the globe store is still closed. I hope I can be helped. I left my phone at home so you wont be able to get in touch with me there.
