I have written an application address to AWWA Secretariat for posting my husband at Delhi. I have getting treatment for infertility case from RR hospital Delhi. My IVF date is fixed on Oct 2016 and Dr. Has issued a medical certificate for posting to Delhi and send to concerned records. Record office not accepted request.

Respected mam, I am Mrs Arti Singh Somvanshi . I really need a help of AWWA association. My husband Hawaldar clerk mr. Sunil Singh Somvanshi is posted in RR 47 his army number Is 15571235L. He has completed 28 months at there, from five month he has not come on leave because of his CO mr. Amitabh Walawalkar. CO sir not giving him either leave or not even sending him posting, while my husband's reliver is present there from two Aug. Please mam /sir as per rules of human right I want to know if every army person can get leave after every three month than why my husband is not getting leave, but already from may his posting is come out towards Ranchi. Actually I am working at college as aAssistant proffesor so its very difficult to live alone with small child and my son is suffering with fever from eight days so at this time I need my husband with me. Please give me a justice, I am mantally frustrated right now. Sorry if I wrote anything wrong, please help me. Thank you Mrs. Arti singh somvanshi.

Respected Madam, My husband is presently serving with the above said address from ten Aug 15, his panel Unit is eight Engineer Regiment, C/o 56 APO. Recently he has submitted premature discharge application through proper channel due to severe domestic affairs. Our family consisting old ailing parents and two small children, my father-in-law is aged 75 years and a Kidney patient and bed ridden since, six years. Mother-in-law is 70 years aged and rumatic patient, both of them not capable to do their routine. My children are studying in 7th and 4th std, they are studying at Bargur Town far 35km from our house. Due to this hazard i cant manage whole family issues, our cultivation and children education. I also suffering bronchial asthma. Exigency of service my husband cannot approach our house timely. These issues compelled my husband to submit premature discharge from service. But recently I know that the application was not recommended by His Panel Unit Commanding Officer (8 Engineer Regiment, C/o 56 APO). Therefore I am begging your favourable action in this regard as soon as possible.
